FAQ

Answers to the questions we're asked most often

Please RSVP by 1st March 2027 so we can finalise numbers with the venue and caterers. The sooner the better!
Think black-tie, Italian garden party elegance — suited and booted for the guys, and colourful ball gowns or cocktail dresses for the ladies! It will be hot, so please do dress for comfort and light fabrics!
Pool party attire for the day, and then summer wear for the pizza party in the evening!
We'd recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to find your seat and settle in. The exact ceremony time will be confirmed closer to the date.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of immediate family). We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a few nights off!
June in Torgiano is typically warm and sunny, with temperatures around 25–30°C. We'd recommend packing light layers for the evening and wearing comfortable shoes suitable for cobblestones and garden pathways.
Yes, there is parking available at Castello di Rosciano.
We're looking into shuttle arrangements between airports and the venue. We'll update this page and let you know as soon as details are confirmed this will depend on flights.
We'd love for you to join us for both days of the celebrations, but we understand not everyone will be able to stay for the pizza party the day after — please let us know in advance if that's the case. The venue has enough accommodation for all our guests, so you're welcome to stay on-site. Unfortunately the venue can't host guests the night before the wedding, so we'd suggest staying nearby in Torgiano or in Perugia (about 25 minutes away, and famous for its chocolate!). Check-in is from 2:30pm on the wedding day (Monday 5th June); check-out is 10am. Room rates per night, breakfast included: Double room €130 · Single room €90 · Extra adult in room €60.
Castello di Rosciano is a historic Italian venue and has some steps and uneven ground in parts. Please get in touch if you have specific accessibility requirements — we want everyone to be comfortable and we'll do everything we can.
Please add it when you RSVP — there's a dedicated field on the RSVP form for dietary requirements and food allergies. We'll pass all requirements directly to the caterers.
Current forecasts are not looking good. The current bets are 4:1 in favour of not making the wedding.
